Engro Corp

The Engro daycare project: a creative learning and play space for the littlest among us. This project is all about flexibility and free play in a safe and enriching environment. 

The space is divided into zones; the main sunlit space forms the main activity area with a play loft and library space for infants and toddlers. A kitchenette and admin area flank this space, forming a watchful eye over the play space. The innermost area creates a space for rest for infants ,which is cozy and creates a comfortable sleep environment.

The circulation is designed keeping points of control for parents coming in for check-ins or nursing so as to not disturb the main play space. 

The space is designed to inhibit independence in children, providing opportunities for various kinds of group and individual activities.
